About The Position

Drive for a dedicated local retail delivery account based in Bethel, Pennsylvania. Deliver palletized retail store products on routes within approximately a 250-mile radius, averaging about 1,700 miles per week. Drivers typically handle 1–2 loads per day with 1–3 stops per load. Freight is no-touch, with live loading and unloading and some drop-and-hook work. Backhaul opportunities are available. The position offers home daily, consecutive days off, and a choice of Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday schedules, with either weekends or Friday–Saturday off. Starts are between midnight and 3:00 AM, and shifts average 10–12 hours. Average pay is $1,500 per week ($80,000+ annually), with compensation including $0.69 per mile, $21.50 per stop, premium pay for city stops, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• At least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse profile required.
• Must meet applicable English-language requirements.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• SAP drivers are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletized retail store products on a dedicated local account.
• Drive routes within approximately a 250-mile radius of Bethel, Pennsylvania.
• Handle 1–2 loads per day and 1–3 stops per load.
• Perform live loading and unloading, with some drop-and-hook work.
