About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for a local, home-daily position. This role offers competitive pay, with rates up to $0.66 CPM based on experience and division. All rates include a mandatory $0.16 per diem. While local drivers are home daily, Out-of-Town (OTR) drivers may be out 2-3 weeks at a time, with regional drivers having weekly home time available. You will be operating late-model sleeper cabs with automatic transmissions, equipped with APUs and inverters. Safety features include forward and inward-facing dash cameras and a collision mitigation system. The trucks are governed at 65 mph pedal and 67 mph cruise. This position involves local delivery routes, with 100% no-touch freight for dry van and 40% drop & hook for reefer loads. Additionally, drivers can earn a monthly performance bonus of up to $0.05 CPM for the first 6 months.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A CDL required.
0 Experience Needed.
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months.
Must pass DOT physical and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

Operate a CDL A truck for local deliveries.
Ensure 100% no-touch freight for dry van.
Perform 40% drop & hook for reefer loads.
Adhere to a governed speed of 65 mph pedal / 67 mph cruise.
Maintain safety standards with forward and inward-facing dash cameras and collision mitigation systems.
Be out 2-3 weeks at a time for OTR, or home weekly for regional routes (if applicable).
Meet monthly performance bonus criteria.
