About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver to haul dedicated flatbed freight from Stockton throughout the Bay Area. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with drivers returning home daily. You will be operating automatic transmission trucks and hauling 48' and 53' flatbeds. The driver will be responsible for strapping loads, while customers handle tarping. Routes typically run from Stockton to San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, and surrounding areas. Occasional layovers may occur when running loads to Reno, NV.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Ability to properly strap and secure loads
- Able to work 12-14 hour shifts
- Personal vehicle required for daily commute to the yard
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
