About The Position

Wolverine Packing is hiring local CDL-A Drivers to deliver throughout Michigan & the Midwest. Drivers must be dependable and prioritize safety to prevent loss of life, injury, or property damage. Layovers are rare and typically due to weather or equipment issues, with hotel accommodations provided if an overnight stay is necessary. The company boasts a modern fleet of semi-trucks and refrigerated trailers, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered. Drivers can expect to be home for dinner every night due to local routes. The role requires comfort driving a manual transmission (10-speed Eaton Fuller) and flexibility with route start times, as hours and schedules vary by route and seniority. There's a possibility of a temporary week-long stay in Pittsburgh to cover for vacationing drivers, with accommodations and food allowance provided.
