About The Position

Seeking experienced Local IL Company Drivers with a valid CDL and a passion for the open road. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position based out of Huntley, IL. Drivers will be paid $27/hour for trips under 500 miles round trip, and a starting rate of $0.50 CPM, up to $0.55 CPM for trips over 500 miles. Weekly direct deposit is provided every Friday. Trucks are staged at the terminal, and there are no take-home trucks. The role involves 95% no-touch freight.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card.
• Minimum age: 23.
• 24 months recent, verifiable experience.
• Clean MVR & PSP (no DUI in last 5 years).
• Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test.
• No major criminal convictions.
• Comfortable with ELDs and digital paperwork.
• Occasional overnight availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive locally within Illinois.
• Complete trips under 500 miles round trip.
• Complete trips over 500 miles.
• Utilize ELDs and digital paperwork.
• Be available for occasional overnight stays.
