About The Position
J Rose Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local intermodal position based out of Avenel, New Jersey. The role offers consistent freight, competitive weekly pay averaging $1,700 or more, and daily home time. Drivers handle 3–4 or more container moves per day, with a combination of drop-and-hook and live loads. Freight is no-touch. The position is paid as W-2 employment and includes a night driving schedule, with routes running Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for critical shipments across the continental United States and describes its focus as providing drivers with consistent freight, competitive pay, and support from its operations team.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Must live within 30 miles of Avenel, New Jersey.
- Must meet DOT and company safety requirements.
- Driving record, employment history, and background are reviewed in accordance with company safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete 3–4 or more container moves per day.
- Handle a combination of drop-and-hook and live loads.
- Drive a local intermodal route and return home daily.
