About The Position
Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional intermodal position based in the Chicago area. Drivers earn approximately $1,300–$1,500 per week and generally return home twice each week. This account offers consistent miles, steady freight and no routine driver unloading. Six positions are currently available.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum three months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Stable and verifiable employment history
- Must meet all applicable hiring and safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Regional intermodal freight
- Routes throughout Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana
- No routine driver unloading
- No slip seating
- Consistent freight and home time
- Less inner-city driving than many local Chicago positions
- Must be comfortable with regional driving and winter conditions
- Must be available for weekend work
