CDL-A Intermodal Company Driver - Big Wheels (4845Intermodal-TD)
About The Position
Big Wheels is hiring local CDL-A intermodal drivers to move freight in and out of Detroit-area rail ramps and customer facilities, as well as operate local Michigan routes and regional lanes into Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. The role offers steady, year-round freight, consistent schedules, and home-daily routes. Drivers are paid per move or mileage, with potential earnings of up to $1,400 per week. Freight includes intermodal drayage and domestic freight. Drivers use day cabs and sleepers. Freight is available Monday through Saturday, on first shift, with a stated workweek of 50–60 hours. Benefits are available after 90 days.
Requirements
- Class A CDL required.
- Clean, safe driving history.
- Professional and reliable work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience preferred; recent CDL school graduates may be considered.
