About The Position
Wortman Transportation is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Part-Time Fuel Delivery Driver to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fuel to various locations within our service area, ensuring timely and secure transport. All routes are local - never more than 100 miles from home!
Requirements
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL with HAZ-MAT endorsement
- Current and valid medical card
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Clean driving record required
- Weekend availability required
Nice To Haves
- Previous fuel hauling experience preferred, but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Transport fuel safely to assigned destinations, including loading and unloading
- Complete load documentation and close out orders using an electronic device
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and leadership regarding delays or issues
- Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper condition
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
