About The Position
CDL-A flatbed drivers keep freight moving across a variety of routes while handling specialized loads that require skill, attention to detail, and flexibility on the road. This position offers weekly home time, steady earnings, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of freight.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of flatbed experience in the last 3 years.
- Valid CDL-A license with a flatbed endorsement.
- Ability to operate a tractor-trailer with a 48-foot or longer trailer.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting various types of freight, including rebar, pipe, and machinery.
- Expertly securing loads using strapping, tarping, chaining, and binding techniques.
- Driving through a variety of customer locations and delivery points.
- Maintaining accurate logs.
- Following DOT regulations.
- Providing professional service to customers.
