OTR CDL-A Flatbed Driver
About The Position
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR Flatbed positions nationwide. This opportunity is designed for drivers who want consistent miles, competitive CPM and dependable support throughout their time on the road. Drivers earn $0.80–$0.85 CPM, with approximately 3,000–4,000 miles per week. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid in $500 installments every 3rd paycheck. Routes cover the lower 48 states, with loaded and empty miles paid. Drivers receive weekly direct deposit and operate as 1099 contractors. Our fleet includes 2022–2027 automatic trucks, including International, Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt and Kenworth. Most equipment comes equipped with a refrigerator, inverter, APU and bunk heater. Additional compensation and support include detention and layover pay, extra-stop and lumper assistance, cash advance options, referral bonuses and 24/7 dispatch availability.
Requirements
- CDL-A license.
- Qualifying driving experience.
- Meet applicable safety and insurance requirements.
