About The Position

We're hiring serious Flatbedders who prioritize productivity and reliability. No NYC, no California — just solid miles and a company that respects your hustle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years OTR experience in the last 3 years
• At least 1 year of flatbed experience preferred
• At least 25 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Maximum 1 DOT recordable accident
• Must pass urine and hair follicle drug test
• No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years
• Possess a CDL A license

Responsibilities

• Drive flatbed trucks and transport goods.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of loads.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
• Operate within the company's service area, excluding NYC and California.
• Stay out for extended periods (10 days out / 3 days home, with flexibility to stay out longer for increased earnings).

Benefits

• $0.70 CPM or 30% of load (driver's choice)
• Consistent average of 3,000 miles per week
• Average weekly pay of $1,900-$2,100
• Weekly pay every Monday via Direct Deposit
• Tarp pay: $50 per load

• Home time: 10 days out / 3 days home (flexible)

• Truck governed at 70 MPH cruise / 68 MPH pedal
• EZ-Pass, Pre-Pass, and Comdata Fuel Card provided
• Paid flight or rental car reimbursement for orientation
• Lodging provided during 2-day orientation
• First load dispatched immediately after orientation
