CDL A Dry Van Drivers - OTR
About The Position
We are currently hiring ambitious and conservative drivers who would like to work on routes to the east of the Mississippi River (mostly). Drivers should have at least 3 months of experience trailer truck driving and no tickets nor accidents in the last 3 years. Candidate drivers will be operating condo trucks and dry van trailers in a no touch freight. Unloading can be done either with drop&hook or with live unloading, depending on the location. Backhauling is also a possibility. Home time will be every two weeks. Route consitutes of all 48 states focusing on the routes to the East of the Mississippi River.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Valid Class A driver's license
- Must have 3 months of experience
- Must have no accidents in the last 5 years
- Must have no tickets within the last 3 years
- Must be 21 years or older
Responsibilities
- Operate condo trucks and dry van trailers.
- Handle no touch freight.
- Perform unloading through drop and hook or live unloading depending on the location.
- Engage in backhauling.
- Drive routes across all 48 states, focusing on routes east of the Mississippi River.
