About The Position

Experienced CDL-A drivers in this regional operation run steady freight lanes with dependable weekend home time and organized weekday scheduling. This position offers weekly earnings between $1,350 to $1,450, paid every Friday by direct deposit. Additional pay is provided for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during the first weeks. The running area covers regional lanes in the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. Approximately 50% of the freight is drop and hook, and all freight is no-touch. Drivers will have a Monday through Friday schedule with Saturdays and Sundays off, allowing for consistent personal time planning. Each driver is assigned a late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with double bunks, SiriusXM, a 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter. The company provides Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, Delta Dental coverage, and 401(k) with company matching after 60 days. Paid vacation and holidays are offered once established. A rider program is available for passengers 13 and older at a minimal weekly cost, and dogs of any breed or size are welcome at no charge.
