About The Position

This CDL-A truck driver position is designed for drivers who want consistent short-haul freight, reliable weekly miles, and a schedule that keeps weekends free while maintaining steady income. Dispatch works to plan loads in advance, helping reduce downtime between runs while maintaining steady movement throughout the week and clear communication on load timing and expectations. The position offers regional Northeast and Midwest lanes with runs averaging around 250 miles, approximately 50% drop and hook to reduce delays, and 100% no-touch freight. Drivers can expect weekly earnings of $1,375 to $1,525, paid every Friday by direct deposit, with extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition pay. The equipment provided is a 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia with double bunks, SiriusXM, TV mount, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter. Trucks are assigned and maintained on a regular schedule. A rider program (for those 13+) and a pet program are available.
