About The Position
Liberty Tire Recycling is hiring a Class A CDL Drop and Hook Driver at its Orlando, Florida facility. The driver oversees daily collection of waste tires, follows routes assigned by dispatch, and manages transportation of collected tires to the home facility. The position includes completing required DOT and company paperwork at each collection site. Drivers may sometimes transport money received from cash-only customers.
Requirements
- Class A CDL.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public.
- Ability to work independently with general instructions.

- Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
- Navigate using local maps.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude in demanding situations.
- Inspect assigned equipment routinely and perform preventive maintenance; report defects or repairs to dispatch through DVIRs and keep equipment clean and safe.
- Perform duties in accordance with applicable safety standards.
- Comply with FMCSA regulations throughout employment.
- Complete DOT-required and company paperwork at collection sites.
- Transport payments received from cash-only customers when required.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the company.
