CDL-A DRIVERS FOR LOCAL LANE
About The Position
This position is for a CDL-A driver for a local round lane delivering frozen and fresh groceries. Drivers will be operating reefer trailers with slip seating and will handle mostly no-touch freight. Occasionally, driver's assistance will be needed with an electric pallet jack. Drivers can expect to complete 15+ stops per week with 2 loads per day, averaging approximately 1409 miles per week. The pay rate is between $0.68 - $0.74 cents per mile. Trucks will be equipped with slip seating, and uniforms will be provided. Various schedules and start times are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requirements
- Must have Class A License (CDL A).
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
- Must have personal transportation.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record; any violations should be cleared out.
- No SAP drivers.
