About The Position

CDL A Truck Driver – Dry Van OTR Hiring Area: Memphis, TN. This position offers steady, no-touch dry van freight with consistent miles. Drivers will operate automatic trucks and run through established interstate lanes that remain active throughout the year, allowing for productivity without frequent route changes. Loads are typically planned in advance, supporting a consistent workflow and steady weekly mileage. The schedule follows a 12-day cycle with a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Trips are generally assigned ahead of time, allowing drivers to stay on a predictable routine. Drivers will operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmission. Most units include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported network. Freight consists primarily of dry van loads across multi-state routes, with most shipments being no-touch. A mix of drop-and-hook and live loads keeps movement steady while haul lengths are structured to support consistent weekly miles. Consistent customer freight helps maintain reliable load volume throughout the week.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Safe driving record
• Ability to run interstate routes
