About The Position
Gold Star Foods, a premier nutritional food distributor in the United States, is currently hiring Class A drivers for our Pendergrass, GA location. We pride ourselves on creating a work environment where our employees feel valued and excited to come to work every day.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Driver's License
- DOT Medical Certificate
- Motor Vehicle Record (10 years)
- Proficiency in driving tractor trailer
- Double endorsements
- Able to pass pre-employment drug, background screenings, and fingerprinting

- TWIC card a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform route deliveries to K-12 schools in Northern California
- Drive newer Peterbilt and Freightliner trucks equipped with lift gates and both electric and manual pallet jacks
- Use a 2-wheel dolly for deliveries to locations without docks.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and accident-free driving record.
