About The Position

Looking for a position where the miles are steady and the pay stays consistent? Drivers here average 2,200–2,500 miles per week with weekly income typically between $1,200 and $1,500. Home time is scheduled every two weeks, so you always know your rotation. This role offers reliable freight, structured routes, and a straightforward setup from day one. The freight is dry van with no-touch loads, and 60% of the loads are drop and hook to keep you moving. There is a consistent freight flow with minimal downtime. Drivers newer to the industry are eligible for 4–6 weeks of hands-on training with a mentor, with guaranteed weekly pay during training. Training includes real routes, safety, inspections, and daily operations. After training, drivers move into solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL holders or drivers with 6+ months experience accepted
• Clean driving history
• No major violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No DUI within the past 5 years
• No safety-related terminations
• Work history must meet hiring standards

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight with no-touch loads
• Perform 60% drop and hook loads
• Complete a combination of day and night routes
• Maintain consistent freight flow with minimal downtime
• Adhere to a home schedule of every two weeks on a predictable cycle
• Participate in 4-6 weeks of hands-on training with a mentor
• Undergo urine and hair follicle drug tests
