About The Position
This is a regional solo driver position for Costco, covering lanes to NY, MA, CT, NH, VT, and NJ. The pay rate is $0.68 per mile. The work week typically runs from Tuesday to Saturday, with potential for a 6-day work week during the holiday season. Drivers can expect to start at 10:00 PM, involving night driving. The freight is no-touch, with options for drop & hook or live load/unload.
Requirements
- Class A License (CDL A)
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience.
- Must have personal transportation.
Responsibilities
- Drive a regional solo route to NY, MA, CT, NH, VT, and NJ.
- Handle no-touch freight.
- Perform drop & hook or live load/unload.
- Adhere to a Tuesday to Saturday work week, with potential for extended hours during holidays.
- Operate the vehicle during night driving hours, starting at 10:00 PM.
