About The Position
This position is for a CDL-A driver responsible for routes in VA, NY (specifically Brooklyn and Glenn Falls), PA, NJ, MA, CT, VT, NC, and MD. The driver will average 2,000-2,500 miles per week with approximately 2 stops per day. The pay is mileage-based at $0.63 per mile, with an hourly rate of $19.57. The truck is governed at 62 mph for pedal and 65 mph for cruise control. This is a NO TOUCH freight position.
Requirements
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have at least 3 months of verifiable driving experience.
- Must have personal transportation.
Responsibilities
- Drive routes in VA, NY (specifically Brooklyn and Glenn Falls), PA, NJ, MA, CT, VT, NC, and MD.
- Complete approximately 2 stops per day.
- Adhere to governed speed limits (62 mph pedal, 65 mph cruise).
