Local CDL-A Driver – Dedicated
About The Position
Looking for a steady local driving job with great pay, predictable routes, and daily home time? Join our Dedicated Fleet serving the Denver metro area! We’re hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a high-demand account offering consistent miles, reliable freight, and brand-new equipment. Drivers on this account handle dedicated grocery freight for Grocery Soopers stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, WY. Freight consists of live unloads and drop-and-hook deliveries with predictable routes and consistent work. Operate primarily nights, evenings, and early mornings. Work a rotating schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off. Occasional overnight runs during surge periods. Loads originate from the Distribution Center in Aurora, CO and deliver to grocery stores throughout Colorado and Cheyenne, WY.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 3 months CDL-A driving experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable with local routes and occasional mountain driving
Responsibilities
- Average 1,700 miles per week
- Run 1–3 loads per day
- Average 13 stops weekly
- Deliver to the same store locations regularly
- Operate primarily nights, evenings, and early mornings
- Work a rotating schedule: 6 days on / 2 days off
- Occasional overnight runs during surge periods
