About The Position

We are seeking experienced OTR drivers for high-paying OTR lanes across the 48 states, with a primary focus east of I-35. This position offers steady miles, modern equipment, and a company that respects your time. We provide 100% no-touch freight and avoid forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs, allowing you to focus on driving, earning, and returning home safely.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Age 21 or older)
• Minimum 90+ days of solo OTR experience
• Clean MVR record (No DUI in the last 5 years, no SAP)
• Must pass standard DOT physical and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR lanes across the 48 states, primarily east of I-35.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight.
• Operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth trucks (2023 or newer).
• Adhere to a schedule of 12 days out and 2 days home.
• Maintain a clean MVR and pass DOT physical and drug screen.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $0.48 to $0.60 CPM (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: Up to $0.03 CPM extra for safety, mileage, and productivity
• Guaranteed Minimum: $1,400/week guaranteed for your first 6 months (requirements apply)
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500 – $1,600+ per week
