About The Position
TOMRA, an international recycling company, is looking for a CDL-A Driver in New Bedford, MA. The driver will prepare, receive, and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. They will maintain contact with the dispatcher for instructions or changes, and maintain customer relations while on route. The role involves occasionally lifting 25-50lbs while loading and unloading trucks, and using a handheld device to track inventory and client relations.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDLA Driving experience
- Must have a "satisfactory" driving record
- Knowledgeable on how to use handheld devices like smart phones or other similar devices, or ability to learn these skills
- Experience in client relations
Responsibilities

- Maintains contact with dispatcher to receive delivery or pick up instructions or to receive notice of changes in scheduled delivery or pick up
- Maintain customer relations while on route
