About The Position
American Iron & Metal (AIM) is a growth-oriented metal recycling and processing company located in Montreal, QC. We are currently recruiting for experienced CDL-A Drivers for our Oakland ME location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pick-up and/or delivery of various metal products.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Must have a valid CDL Driver’s license and drive a manual truck
- Must have a clear driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a Roll Off is a plus
Responsibilities
- Pick up and delivery to AIM’s commercial clients or another AIM site, (dropping empty box for full box and return to yard)
- Load security, tarping if necessary
- Keep the equipment clean and in good working condition
- Perform a daily inspection
- Keep reports up to date
- Always work in a safe manner
