About The Position
Meijer dedicated regional lane transporting groceries. The position involves no-touch cargo and drop-and-hook operations. Drivers average more than 2,000 miles per week and are paid $0.63 per mile. The schedule is five days per week with two consecutive days off. Available schedules are Sunday through Thursday, Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday, with different start times for each schedule.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test; SAP candidates are not accepted.
- Must have no more than two accidents or violations in the last three years.
- Must have verifiable, recent trailer-driving experience and a good employment and driving record appropriate to the driver's experience level (experienced driver or graduate).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT medical card.
