About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver for the DOLLAR TREE ACCOUNT based in Ridgefield, WA. This position offers strong hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and weekly home time. Drivers will earn up to $31.00 per hour plus overtime pay, with consistent regional freight and a weekly 34-hour reset. The routes cover WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, and Northern CA, and drivers will be responsible for unloading trailers using rollers. Dedicated sleeper equipment and dry van trailers will be provided.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Comfortable unloading freight with rollers
- Able to perform physical freight-handling duties
- Available for day or night shifts
- Flexible with days off based on freight demands
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
Nice To Haves
- Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield, WA must have a safe and authorized place to park the truck.
Responsibilities
- Drive a dedicated regional retail route for Dollar Tree.
- Transport dry freight through WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, and Northern CA.
- Unload trailers using rollers.
- Complete 2-4 loads per week, with 3-4 stops per load.
- Adhere to all safety and driving regulations.
