About The Position

Reece & Fortiline is hiring a local delivery driver to safely transport materials that customers need to provide clean water and heating and cooling. Drivers are home every night. The role requires operating Class A vehicles with a combined vehicle weight over 26,000 pounds, including a gooseneck trailer or a semi with a flatbed, and driving in varied conditions such as urban and construction settings. The driver is expected to deliver accurate orders and provide professional, high-quality customer service. The position includes physical work such as loading and unloading materials, maintaining inventory control, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may take place indoors or outdoors as required. The job also requires extended periods of sitting and standing, attendance at scheduled days and hours, and operation of equipment common to office settings. Associates may develop product knowledge for their assigned business line and skills to pursue leadership or sales opportunities. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have and maintain a valid commercial driver's license; the posting specifies a minimum Class B CDL, while the role title and vehicle duties refer to Class A driving.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Meet all state-issued driver’s license requirements for the class of vehicle operated.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently; bending, squatting, crouching, and reaching are also required.
Be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
Have oral communication skills, including speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
Have written communication skills, including writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.

Responsibilities
