About The Position

We are actively hiring regional and OTR drivers for our bi-weekly operation, designed specifically for those who want to keep their wheels turning and maximize their income. We gladly accept applications from experienced drivers as well as entry-level CDL graduates. If you recently graduated from a 120-hour CDL school, you can earn while you gain experience. We offer a comprehensive 3 to 5 week individual mentorship program to set you up for long-term success. Drivers will get hands-on experience in modern 2024–2025 Freightliner and Kenworth models, master professional ELD logging, stay compliant with DOT guidelines, and build confidence through guided miles and full backing support before going solo.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or documentation verifying 120+ hours from an approved school).
• Ability to maintain a bi-weekly home time schedule.
• Clean driving record (MVR) with a strong safety history.
• Capability to pass a standard DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and OTR routes.
• Maintain a bi-weekly home time schedule.
• Operate modern 2024-2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
• Perform professional ELD logging.
• Comply with DOT guidelines.
• Participate in a 3 to 5 week individual mentorship program (for new drivers).
• Handle mostly no-touch dry van freight.
• Utilize drop and hook procedures for efficiency.
