This CDL A Driver position operates within a fleet that functions similarly to Over-The-Road (OTR) but remains east of Denver and avoids the Northeast region. New CDL holders will receive paid training and a guaranteed minimum income once they transition to solo driving. Drivers can expect real miles ranging from 1,800 to 2,900 per week, with a freight mix of drop and hook and live loads. The position offers weekly gross pay between $1,200 to $1,800, depending on experience, and a guaranteed weekly pay of $1,000 for the first 3 months after the first solo dispatch. Additionally, drivers receive $15 per stop and a monthly performance bonus. Home time is typically every two weeks. Paid training lasts for 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, and new drivers receive guaranteed weekly training pay, transitioning directly to full solo pay.
