About The Position
This role is built for Class A CDL drivers who want a predictable weekly routine instead of long-haul uncertainty. Run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that guarantees home time every weekend. Drivers leave out on Monday and return home by Saturday for a consistent weekend reset. This position is best suited for drivers who prefer consistency, structured routes, and reliable weekly home time.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old.
- Consistent work history.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
- Recent graduates must have a Class A CDL with 120+ hours from an accredited school for the Entry-Level Driver Program.
- SAP drivers are not eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
- Run a defined Midwest network with consistent freight, shorter routes, and a schedule that guarantees home time every weekend.
- Leave out on Monday and return home by Saturday for a consistent weekend reset.
- Operate within a defined Midwest lanes (OH, KY, IN, MI, and IL).
- Drive an average of 1,700 – 2,200 miles per week with steady dispatch planning.
- Handle drop & hook, live load, and preloaded trailer freight types.
- Operate late-model automatic transmission equipment.
