About The Position

This position offers a paid mentorship program for recent CDL school graduates. Trainees will gain hands-on experience by riding alongside a seasoned driver for 4 to 6 weeks, earning $850 weekly. Upon completion of training and sign-off, drivers will transition to solo driver pay with options for weekly or bi-weekly home time. The role involves hauling no-touch dry van loads within the Eastern Regional Fleet, with fuel and tolls covered by the company. Round-the-clock dispatch support is available.

Requirements

• A valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL school completed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years
• A clean hair and urine drug test

Responsibilities

• Run pre-trip and post-trip inspections every time
• Keep ELD logs accurate and up to date
• Handle pickups and deliveries on schedule
• Stay professional with dispatch and customers on the road
