About The Position

This Texas-only fleet is designed for drivers who know the border lanes and want to stay within the state. Drivers can expect to be home every week with consistent routes and dedicated planners. The role emphasizes a good work-life balance with opportunities for riders and pets from day one. Drivers will average 1,700 to 1,900 miles per week, with an average weekly gross of $1,200 to $1,400. A guaranteed weekly pay of $1,000 is offered for the first 3 months after solo dispatch, along with $15 stop pay and a monthly performance bonus.

Requirements

• 21+ years of age with a valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years, and none in a commercial vehicle.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with border lanes and Texas routes.
• Ability to start early for dispatches.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer within the state of Texas.
• Complete approximately 80% of loads as drop and hook.
• Adhere to Texas hours of service regulations.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Participate in drug testing.
