About The Position
Dedicated customer routes and reliable semi-local scheduling help CDL-A truck drivers build familiarity with recurring store deliveries while maintaining dependable home time. This dedicated Southeast account averages 1,700 to 1,800 miles each week delivering auto parts to eight retail locations across five established routes. Drivers typically complete 3 to 6 stops each day and about 30 unloads during the workweek. Night deliveries are made with liftgate trailers and electric pallet jacks. Route books, store keys, alarm codes, and delivery instructions are provided for every route.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of recent CDL-A tractor-trailer experience.
- Valid Hazmat endorsement.
- Ability to perform nighttime driver-unload deliveries using an electric pallet jack.
Responsibilities
- Deliver auto parts to eight retail locations across five established routes.
- Complete 3 to 6 stops each day.
- Perform approximately 30 unloads during the workweek.
