About The Position

Reliable Onsite Services (ROS), a division of United Rentals, is seeking a portable sanitation Route Service Driver to service portable restrooms and other sanitation equipment. This role involves cleaning, stocking, and repairing portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand wash stations, and restroom-shower trailers. The driver will be responsible for completing daily routes, maintaining professional customer interactions, and communicating with dispatch. Some independent work may be required.

Requirements

A valid Class A CDL driver's license and safe driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
Diligent attention to safety.
Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial Driving Experience.
Ability to mount and dismount trucks multiple times daily.
Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
Ability to drive day or night.
Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of the construction industry and safe driving procedures.
Work effectively in all weather conditions and customer work environments.

Some weekend work may be required as business conditions dictate.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and stocking/replenishing portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand wash stations, and restroom-shower trailers.
Completing daily routes.
Maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication with the Dispatcher.
Repairing portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
Providing onsite moves of equipment, and pick-up/delivery as requested.
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and maintaining truck logs.
Loading and unloading units.
Fueling vehicles and other equipment.
Interacting with customers, including recommending additional services and supplies.
Maintaining excellent housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility.
Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Dropping off and picking up equipment for customers.
Performing other duties as assigned.
