About The Position

This position is responsible for driving trucks over established routes to safely and efficiently deliver products and render services. The role involves loading and/or unloading products at various locations, primarily within a specific geographic territory, and typically completing these tasks within a single shift. Responsibilities include delivering items such as perishable foods, table top items, special equipment, and frozen foods. The driver will also inform customers of new products or services, distribute sales promotion materials, and resolve customer complaints. Accurate record-keeping of daily sales/delivery information and obtaining customer signatures are essential. Compliance with company policies and D.O.T. regulations is mandatory. The role requires regular and reliable attendance and may involve other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation
Must have a good driving record for past 39 months
One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience
Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
