Our Drivers start at $30.64 per hour during training. After training completed, Drivers have option to switch to component pay. Component pay is based on factors such as stops, miles, and cases. You'll safely navigate the highway and city streets, back into tight docks, and unload with precision. The CDL A Delivery Driver role goes beyond simply transporting goods - it’s about perfecting the craft of delivery, earning trust mile by mile, and serving as a vital link to our customers.
Requirements
- Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum 6-months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR 3-months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required.
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Skillfully unload products efficiently using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand, placing them in the designated storage areas – 100% touch freight.
- Verify deliveries with customers & secure signatures.
- Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct pre- & post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Handle collections and payments when applicable.
- All other duties assigned by management.
