About The Position

CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) is seeking a Class A CDL Driver with a passion for customer service and a safety-first mindset to join the Liquor Division. This position will perform dock operations and trailer shuttling at the State Liquor Warehouse 75% of the time and serve as a relief driver 25% of the time. The shift is Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm, with occasional overnight travel in a sleeper truck up to 3 nights per month if coverage is needed. The pay averages $68,000 yearly gross plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes $31.00/Hour for warehouse work, $0.60/Mile, and $0.16 per case (up to 2,600 cases per week).

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
At least 21 years of age
1 year of commercial driving experience
No DUI’s or DWI’s (in the past 3 years)
No more than 3 traffic violations (in past 3 years)

Responsibilities

Operating a forklift loading full pallets on an automated shrink wrap machine and loading trailers.
Moving trailers between liquor warehouse and terminal yard.
Account for store orders by verifying pallets.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Deliver product to State liquor stores across Montana according to delivery schedule in a safe, efficient and timely manner as instructed by dispatch or the immediate supervisor.
Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and appropriate paperwork accompanies the shipment to the delivery point.
Loads and/or unloads a wide variety of freight onto and off a company motor vehicle, at customer locations and at the terminal, with or without mechanical assistance depending on the size of freight.
