About The Position

Superior Beverage Group is a family-owned and operated company that has been in business since 1922. Our Local CDL A Drivers deliver cases of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts across Northeastern and Central Ohio, following established routes. This role requires the ability to read and understand maps, complete daily driver logs, and perform pre and post-trip truck inspections. The position involves working in all weather conditions and is a fast-paced, physical environment.

Requirements

Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases at each delivery location.
Solid Math Skills.
Complete pre and post-trip inspections and driver logs.
Ability to operate company trucks, forklifts, and equipment dolly.
Capable to perform duties in various outdoor weather conditions.
Valid CDL A License.

Responsibilities

Complete delivery route as sequenced within time constraints.
Rotate company products in retail accounts.
Accurately calculate the amount due and collect payment for product delivered at each account.
Correctly complete all required paperwork during the driver check-in process at the completion of the daily route.
Utilize company vehicles to deliver cases of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts.
Read and understand a map.
Complete daily driver logs.
Complete pre and post-trip truck inspections.
