About The Position
Zilka & Co is in need of a CDL Class A Delivery Driver. This position offers good home time and dedicated runs. The driver will be responsible for delivering and unloading various food products to retail/wholesale customers, performing foodservice type work delivering to regular customers. This is a full-time position with a 4 or 5-day work week.
Requirements
- Have knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Ability to stay out of town for 1 night per week.
- Dependable transportation.
- Current commercial driver’s license Class A.
- Ability to Drive Standard transmission (10 Speed).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering and unloading various food products to retail/wholesale customers.
- Foodservice type work delivering pieces to regular customers.
- Drive commercial truck and trailer making route deliveries.
- Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows.
- Work independently or with Drivers Helper to unload product from truck or trailer with assistance of Liftgate, Electric Pallet Jack, by hand, or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
