About The Position

Pure Freight Lines is hiring CDL-A dedicated independent team drivers for USPS/mail and dedicated freight routes. Drivers can earn up to $0.95 CPM, split between team members, with pay for all miles, loaded and empty. The role offers 6,000–7,000 or more consistent miles and no-touch freight. Dedicated lanes are available immediately, including routes between Forest Park, Illinois, and Phoenix, Arizona; Phoenix and Indianapolis, Indiana; Forest Park and Richmond, California; Anaheim, California, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Forest Park and Denver, Colorado, with a Denver-to-Romeoville, Illinois lane. Additional USPS spot loads are available nationwide.

Drivers are typically out for 3–4 weeks and home for 5–7 days, with the possibility of discussing other home-time arrangements; more frequent home time may be available in some areas. Equipment includes new 2026–2027 tractors with 53-foot dry vans, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The company offers paid orientation and travel to orientation, direct deposit every Friday, paid layover and detention, and access to cash advances, a fuel card, and PrePass. Bonuses and incentives include a sign-on bonus, a transitional bonus after 30 days, a bonus for passing a DOT roadside inspection, driver referral bonuses, and performance incentives. Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• At least 18 months of Class A driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• SAP drivers are not accepted.
• Must submit to a full background check and pre-employment drug test.
