About The Position

CDL-A truck drivers looking for steady account structure and better route planning can expect no-touch dry van freight, consistent freight availability, and weekly home time while running throughout the lower 48. This dedicated account offers stability with an average haul length exceeding 400 miles, helping drivers stay productive with fewer short-haul transitions. Drivers can expect to earn between $1,500 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit and consistent freight opportunities throughout the year. Detention pay is $12.50 per hour after the second hour, and layover pay is $100 per day, excluding Sunday. Drivers may park at approved terminals or take their truck home, and 24-hour dispatch support is available.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A tractor-trailer license
  • 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years
  • Dry van or reefer experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a medical card (reimbursement or coverage available if expired)
  • Must be approved to take equipment home

Responsibilities

  • Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer
  • Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight
  • Complete 50-60% drop and hook freight
  • Perform 40-50% live unload freight
  • Maintain an average haul length exceeding 400 miles
  • Adhere to weekly home time schedule
  • Utilize Love's, Pilot, and Flying J fuel network
  • Take assigned equipment home when approved
  • Participate in a three-day paid orientation program
  • Begin dispatch after orientation and equipment assignment
