Dedicated delivery network and dependable weekly home time help CDL-A truck drivers enjoy familiar routes, consistent freight, and a predictable work routine. This position features four dedicated loads per week averaging 490 miles each, for approximately 2,000 miles per week. Drivers will operate a 2021 or newer sleeper equipment and receive powered pallet jack training. The dedicated route network involves running established Virginia and West Virginia customer lanes with a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries using powered pallet jacks. Indianapolis backhaul routing supports productive miles. Drivers will be home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Overnight driving is required, including nights, weekends, and holiday coverage. Weekly pay ranges from $1,425–$1,550, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Trucks are 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworth sleepers with a 1,200- to 1,500-watt inverter, and can be parked at an approved terminal or taken home if secure parking is available.
