CDL-A Dedicated Driver

Rouse TruckingBaltimore, MD

About The Position

Dedicated freight support and organized customer route planning give CDL-A drivers a regional position built around established freight and repeat operating areas. Familiar customer locations help drivers understand appointment expectations, traffic patterns, and the general pace of the workweek. Drivers operate Monday through Friday and return home each weekend for a full 48-hour reset. This regular schedule provides two complete days away from the truck and makes it easier to plan personal responsibilities from one week to the next. Regional freight moves through established Northeast and Midwest lanes with a combination of live-load appointments and drop-and-hook freight. Approximately 50% drop and hook helps limit unnecessary dock delays while supporting continued movement throughout the week.
