About The Position

Dedicated account stability and familiar operating lanes help drivers maintain steady mileage with clear route expectations throughout the month. Drivers haul general and refrigerated freight through established customer lanes. Familiar operating areas and consistent freight demand help support dependable mileage and a more predictable driving routine. Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer. Equipment includes automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release. Equipment is assigned based on availability. Driver Support Specialists are available to assist with route questions, equipment concerns, and day-to-day needs while drivers are on the road.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Current medical card attached to CDL
Minimum six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year

Nice To Haves

Experience with mixed no-touch dry van and refrigerated freight.
Familiarity with Fayetteville, NC 28301 area.

Responsibilities

Haul mixed dry van and refrigerated freight.
Maintain an average of 2,500–3,000 miles each week.
Utilize six flexible days off per month.
Operate late-model Kenworth T680 equipment with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release.
Adhere to established customer lanes and familiar regional operating lanes.
Ensure consistent weekly mileage opportunities.
Work with Driver Support Specialists for route questions, equipment concerns, and day-to-day needs.
