Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking experienced CDL A Truck Drivers to join their private fleet. Requirements

Valid Class A CDL License
Minimum of 1 year of all-weather CDL A driving experience
Clean driving record with no major accidents
No alcohol or drug-related driving convictions
Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations

Responsibilities

Operate a tractor with a 53-foot van trailer throughout designated regions.
Deliver freight from distribution centers to stores and depots.
Complete routes consisting of 95% Drop & Hook freight, allowing for more driving time and less waiting.
Maintain compliance with ELD requirements, vehicle inspections, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is operated safely.
All other duties as assigned.
