About The Position

This position offers a CDL-A Company Driver role with a focus on the Memphis Regional Fleet. The routes are designed to ensure drivers are home every week for their 34-hour reset, balancing steady miles with consistent home time. The job involves 100% no-touch freight, including drop and hook and live unload. Drivers will operate a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license in the US or territories for the last 12 consecutive months.
• Current Class A CDL issued by only one state.
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience (40ft+) in the last 36 months, or Extended Road Test eligibility with 6 months in the last 5 years or 12 months in the last 10.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No preventable accidents in 5 years.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years (5 if before holding CDL-A).
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug testing and DOT physical.

Nice To Haves

• Drivers with a year of OTR experience can step into a trainer role.

Responsibilities
