About The Position

This position is for a CDL-A Company Driver focusing on the I-81 and I-70 corridor. The role includes a structured pay and training program for new and experienced drivers. Drivers will primarily handle dry van freight on the eastern seaboard, with a schedule that allows for being home every two weeks. Requirements

Age 21+
Current Class A CDL
New drivers: certificate for 120+ hours from an accredited CDL program
Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months or 12+ months in the past 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
No major preventable accidents in 5 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 to 10 years depending on CDL issue date
Pass DOT physical, hair and urine drug testing

Nice To Haves

Experienced drivers can bring riders and pets from day one.
New drivers can bring riders and pets once training ends.

Responsibilities

Drive a Class A CDL truck.
Transport dry van freight along the eastern seaboard.
Complete assigned routes and deliveries.
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
Participate in training programs as required.
Manage drop and hook, as well as live load and unload situations.

Weekly Training Pay: Guaranteed every week while you learn
Guaranteed Floor: $1,000 per week for 3 months after first solo dispatch
Rate: 55 cents a mile to start
Experience Raises: Plus 1 cent per mile for every additional 12 months of experience, capped at 65 cents
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Performance Bonus: Paid monthly
Home every 2 weeks
