About The Position
Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for consistent miles and weekly home time. This CDL-A truck driver position is designed to keep you moving while still getting you home weekly. Loads are planned in advance to reduce downtime and support on-time deliveries across your assigned routes. Consistent dispatch support helps keep drivers moving with minimal downtime.
Requirements
- CDL-A
- No NYC runs
- 3-day orientation (held on Mondays and Wednesdays)
- Drivers receive $375 for orientation
Nice To Haves
- Late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks with driver amenities
- 2021-2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts with a reefer trailer
- APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters
- Trucks governed at 70 MPH with no inward-facing cameras
Responsibilities
- Run regional no-touch freight
- Covering all 48 states when freight needs arise
- Deliveries across your assigned routes
